These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of electronics and provision of repair services by Aan Electronics to you, the customer. By purchasing products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, details of which are provided at the time of purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only for products with manufacturing defects and if they are in their original packaging with the bill. Service fees for repairs are non-refundable.
Aan Electronics provides an estimated repair time and cost. The final cost may vary based on actual parts required. We are not responsible for loss of data on devices submitted for repair; customers are advised to back up all data prior to service.
Aan Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services, beyond the cost of the product or service itself.
